Yes, this sign is a very good thing-how helpful! While missing it, as I did the first time I drove into the parking area, just past the sign and to the right, could be really, really bad. The water in the background is easily accessible. One is able to simply step out of the car and walk a few feet to the waters edge. How nice, right!? You see the potential problem, I know, if the sign were missed while trying to spot a parking place.
Wisdom is something we need at almost every turn. While it would be nice, wisdom is not like a download. The apostle Paul wrote that God has provided a tool whereby we can be “thoroughly equipped”-the Word of God. It is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119-105). To venture into life without the Word of God is a risk we don’t want to take.
God is willing to give us clear direction for any decisions we are trying to make, large or small. While this life is not about us, He wants the very best for us in our personal life, whether the issue is marriage, school, business, or friendships (Psalm 32:8). Knowing we are walking in concert with God will bring His divine peace to our hearts.

Thank you! I used it in a post a few months back to try to express Psalm 119:105 in an image.
